CoreWise Foundation is our entry-level package, designed specifically for women who are beginning their fitness journey, returning after time away, navigating injuries or limitations, or simply looking for a gentle, supported starting point that fits around a busy life. This is a judgement-free space where progress is celebrated at every level — and where building confidence matters just as much as building strength.

What's included:

Full Pre-Screen & Fitness Assessment

We start by getting to know you properly. Your health history, your goals, any injuries or limitations — everything that helps us build a programme that's safe, appropriate, and genuinely tailored to where you are right now. No assumptions, no one-size-fits-all.

Weekly 1:1 Personal Training Session

Once a week, you'll train alongside your coach in a supportive, unhurried environment. Every session focuses on proper form, building confidence, and laying the groundwork for long-term progress — at a pace that feels right for you.

An Independent Training Session Per Week

To keep momentum building between your coached sessions, you'll also receive a guided session to complete in your own time — structured, straightforward, and designed so you always know exactly what to do.

A Weekly Independent Mobility Session

A short, 15-minute mobility session to support your body, aid recovery, and help you move and feel better day to day. Small habits, big difference. We encourage you to complete the mobility session 2-3 times per week.

Basic Nutritional Guidance

Practical, realistic nutrition advice to complement your training — no diet culture, no overwhelm. Just simple guidance to help you fuel yourself well.

Email Support Up to Twice a Week

Questions between sessions? Need a little extra encouragement? Your coach is available via email up to twice a week to keep you supported, motivated, and on track.

Investment: $360 per four-week block
