As a busy mum to two boys based in Havelock North, Hawke’s Bay, she knows firsthand what it means to try and carve out time for yourself when life is pulling you in every direction. That lived experience sits at the heart of everything she does.

Having navigated the realities of postpartum recovery, body image, and the hormonal rollercoaster that comes with perimenopause, she understands the unique challenges women face at every stage of life — and she's done the work herself to come out stronger on the other side.

As a qualified personal trainer, Laura's approach is built on one core belief: the best programme is the one you can actually stick to. That means fitting training and nutrition around your real life — your schedule, your energy, your circumstances — not the other way around.

She's passionate about helping women cut through the noise of diet culture and build something that genuinely lasts. Not a short-term fix, but a strong, healthy body that carries you well into later life.
