Full Pre-Screen & Fitness Assessment
We start by getting to know you properly. Your health history, your goals, any injuries or limitations — everything that helps us build a programme that's safe, appropriate, and genuinely tailored to where you are right now. No assumptions, no one-size-fits-all.
Weekly 1:1 Personal Training Session
Once a week, you'll train alongside your coach in a supportive, unhurried environment. Every session focuses on proper form, building confidence, and laying the groundwork for long-term progress — at a pace that feels right for you.
An Independent Training Session Per Week
To keep momentum building between your coached sessions, you'll also receive a guided session to complete in your own time — structured, straightforward, and designed so you always know exactly what to do.
A Weekly Independent Mobility Session
A short, 15-minute mobility session to support your body, aid recovery, and help you move and feel better day to day. Small habits, big difference. We encourage you to complete the mobility session 2-3 times per week.
Nutritional Guidance
Practical, realistic nutrition advice to complement your training — no diet culture, no overwhelm. Just simple guidance to help you fuel yourself well.
Email Support Up to Twice a Week
Questions between sessions? Need a little extra encouragement? Your coach is available via email up to twice a week to keep you supported, motivated, and on track.

Youth Athlete Development Programme
Building the foundations of lifelong athletic performance
The CoreWise Wellness Athlete Development Programme is an exciting 8-week introduction to structured, sport-specific training designed for young people aged 11 and above. Whether your child is already competing or just getting started, this programme bridges the gap between general activity and purposeful athletic development — giving them the tools, technique, and confidence to perform at their best.
Across four focused sessions per week — endurance, intervals, agility, and strength — young athletes will begin to train smarter, not just harder. Three of the four sessions are designed to fit seamlessly into a busy schedule, taking just 15–20 minutes to complete, making it easy to balance alongside school, clubs, and other commitments.
A particular highlight of the programme is the introduction to strength training, which uses bodyweight-only exercises to teach proper form and movement patterns from the ground up. There's no rushing into weights — instead, the focus is on building safe, solid foundations that young athletes can carry with them as they grow and develop.
Every programme is tailored to your child's sport or sports, ensuring the training they do directly supports what they love. And because seeing progress matters, the programme includes fitness testing in weeks 1 and 8, so young athletes can measure exactly how far they've come. For those continuing beyond the initial 8 weeks, retesting takes place at every 8th week — a powerful motivator that makes the benefits of structured training visible and real.
The programme is delivered through a free, easy-to-use app, where every session type and exercise is clearly explained — including the purpose it serves — so young athletes always understand the why behind their training. Supporting videos are also available to help with technique and proper form. Accounts can be set up using either the child's own email or a parent's email for greater visibility — whichever works best for your family. Parents and young athletes can also ask questions and share feedback directly through the app, keeping communication simple and convenient.
